The bicycles-for-hire have been breeding like rabbits in our area and there are currently at least 7 dotted around the building. They are obviously a convenience to some of you, but they also seem to just get left in the most inconvenient spots around the building. Recently, we received complaints about 4 bikes which had been “dumped” in our entrance, partially blocking the pedestrian entry to our motor-court. That’s clearly a hazard as people were having to step around them into the path of vehicles using the entrance.
We’ve temporarily relocated these bikes to the bike-rack near Euston Rd …but that’s taking space that could be used by bikes belonging to owners and tenants.
