STRATA PLAN 72540 ENTRY TAG
Entry tags are issued by GK Strata Management.
Payment is between the hours of 9.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays) at GK Strata’s office in Broadway. Please note due to security and privacy reasons, GK are unable to post; there is only a collection service.
For quicker service, we suggest that you make payment before midday or after 2pm.
COST
Tags will cost $144.00 – this includes $22 for tag and programming cost and $22 for GK administration fee. Please note that $100 is refundable by cheque if/when returned.
PROCEDURE
Firstly, please confirm your order via e-mail or phone.
NOTE: GK STRATA DO NOT ACCEPT CASH PAYMENTS OR BANK TRANSFERS PAYMENT IS BY EFTPOS / CREDIT CARD / BANK CHEQUE ONLY
(Bank cheques should be addressed to Strata Plan 72540)
- Owner to collect: GK will require photo ID and you will need to pay by EFTPOS, Credit Card or BANK Cheque. GK do not accept cash.
- Tenant to collect: GK will require a copy of the current tenancy agreement and photo ID matching the tenant details on the tenancy agreement. If the unit is privately leased to you from the landlord – an email or letter of authority from the landlord confirming your tenancy will suffice. You will need to pay by EFTPOS, Credit Card or BANK Cheque (Bank Cheque should be made out to the Strata Plan number). GK do not accept cash.
- Real Estate Agent to collect: GK will require a business card and ID, ensuring the Agent is in fact the representing agent for the specific building/lot. Real Estate Agents please note that GK also accept business cheques from Real Estate Agents. Kindly make the business cheque out to the Strata Plan number with all relevant details located on the back for identification.

Some metered street parking is available and Broadway Shopping Centre is available within close walking distance.
RETURNING UNWANTED TAGS
If you no longer require your tag, you can return it to be scanned and you may be issued a refund if applicable. (Tags that were issued in previous years had varied and in some cases no deposits charged.) The refund will be calculated as the total amount paid at time of issue less a $50 administration fee. Please contact any committee member to arrange this.
